Who we are
Iím Anna Golawski and I founded Stratus Coaching in 2008. I began coaching during my MBA and have since helped numerous clients achieve their personal and professional goals. Specialising in Mental Toughness as well as using a range of coaching methods, I equip clients with the tools they need to effectively manage stress and gain confidence in their abilities.
Delivering group and one-to-one coaching for the education, corporate and not-for-profit sectors, I gained experience working for large companies including Harrods, IBM and Rolls Royce. Since setting up Stratus Coaching, my clients have included CitiBank, Barclays Visa, Oracle, IBM and Capita Symonds. Iím also currently a business mentor for The Princeís Trust.
During coaching I work closely with each client to offer support and motivation, making sure that individual needs are addressed and each session is delivered at the right pitch and pace. My aim is to inspire and engage all my clients, challenging them throughout each session and helping them grow.
Over the last few years Iíve written several coaching articles for magazines and contributed to a specialist book on coaching and education due to be published in Spring 2012. Iíve also co-written a coaching book for parents in partnership with the University of East London which is due to be published in 2012.
